I want to give a big thank you to Capo Fireside Hesperia and to the owner Eric. I had an issue with a product that was not working as it should. The warranty was still in effect and was covered by the manufacturer. However the manufacturer was not in agreement with the issues and said they would not cover it. I appealed to Eric the owner of Capo through the manager Sharm at the Hesperia store, they investigated the situation and replaced the product at no charge. Thank you for your help with this matter. This thanksgiving meal will be amazing and enjoyed by my family, because you put your customers first. Happy Thanksgiving!

We do not recommend this company. They do not stand by their customers. They came to install a chimney on our metal roof. When they installed it, they dragged the metal parts up our metal roof and scratched it. They also almost fell off our roof and dented and scratched more panels. They damaged 12 panels and refused to replace them or come to our home and see the damages. We have emailed Spencer Lowes, and he feels since he can't see all the damage in pictures that, there is none. We have invited him and his team to our home with our roofer to see it firsthand and have had no response. We feel they have not trained or given their team proper safety equipment. **DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY**
