Very happy with our new gas insert. Very knowledgeable people. They suggested to get the chimney cleaned out even thought we had had a longer chimney liner going up halfway. It was the right thing to do. There was so much debris up there. Then we needed a gas line and they had someone they work with come in to do that. Start to finish Capo Fireside is top notch to work with.

Great experience from beginning to end. We thought we knew what we wanted until Jared in the showroom showed us vast selection of products/options. The 2 gentlemen that installed the insert were great and easily adjusted insert to fit our fireplace. Cant say enough about the wonderful service we received.

I purchased a Mendota gas fireplace from CAPO in Concord for a remodel project. I highly recommend them. Jared in sales was very helpful with planning and on-site construction support, and John did an excellent job on the final setup. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.
