  We hired CAPO for a chimney sweep service, hoping for a thorough and professional job. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the experience. Despite being the most expensive option at $269, the service fell far short of expectations. Having had chimneys swept in the past, I expected a thorough cleaning to take around 45 minutes to an hour. However, CAPO completed the task in a mere 15 minutes. The technician opted not to go on the roof due to the wind, which I understand. Instead, the technician used a vacuum to clean from the bottom, resulting in what felt like a rushed and incomplete job. Paying such a premium price for a 15-minute service felt exorbitant and certainly not reflective of the value promised. CAPO advertises as an 'Outstanding Value,' but my experience was anything but that. The cost equates to over a thousand dollars per hour, which seems unjustifiable given the brief and seemingly insufficient service provided. I let the technician know that I thought the $269 was unfair and let his boss know that. I hope this feedback helps CAPO reassess their service delivery and pricing structure to ensure customers receive the value and quality they expect, especially considering the premium price.

  Don't know how this business is still open, they never answer or return phone calls, get it together capo.
