  We have used Canyon Fireplace for two of our fireplaces and both experiences were fantastic. The entire process was seamless and our fireplaces are gorgeous. Schelle was easy to work with and she provided updates for us along the way. Rob installed for us and his work is perfection. The added benefit is he cleans up amazingly and our home was left in perfect shape. Their communication with us was much appreciated. I highly recommend them for your fireplace needs.

  I would give absolutely 0 stars, even though the design came out very nice. The installation of the fireplace was the worst experience ever then after one year, the extremely expensive fireplace went out and they charged me a lot of money to fix it. It took months to get an appt. I think this is how they make their money scamming people. They are are greedy, they rip you off. I wish I could go back in time I would have not have used this company. BE AWARE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

  I am so happy with my fireplace remodel by Canyon Fireplace! Schelle always responded to my messages promptly and Rob and Isaias could do this work with their eyes closed as they both have decades of experience. Im very picky and expect perfection and they did not disappoint. I highly recommend Canyon Fireplace.

  We did a lot of research throughout Orange County, and once we found Canyon Fireplace, we knew Rob and Schelle were the experts we needed to handle our entire fireplace remodel. Our project included demolishing our existing fireplace, hearth, adjacent pony wall and attached cabinet. The remodel included installing a modern linear gas fireplace, mounting a concrete mantle, installing stacked stone from floor to ceiling, rerouting the gas supply, installing two stories of new flue pipe, and adding electrical so that we could mount our TV above the fireplace. Rob and Schelle gave good advice when it came to selecting which color stacked stone to choose and what fireplace trim color would look best with our stonework. Our fireplace turned out stunning and we are enjoying it right now in this cold spell (it puts out a lot of heat)! Robb was a true perfectionist! He made sure to grout the stacked stone so that there are no gaps or open spaces, plus he thought to use a sample of our new flooring that we were going to put in after the fireplace remodel to make the fireplace flush with the wall. We will use Canyon Fireplace again and we will recommend them to others.

  Canyon Fireplace offers excellent products but most importantly their people, Schelle and Robb provide true professional expertise, assistance and guidance in selection and installation of products installed. I had one new indoor family room and one outdoor open kitchen fireplace installed plus a master suite double fireplace cleaned and refurbished like new. These people know the fireplace business. Highly recommend.
