  I cannot sing enough praises about our experience with purchasing our jacuzzi. Paul went above and beyond to make sure we got everything set up. First, he was so friendly during our store visit. He was not pushy, and did not act like a typical salesman. Then, he gave us a great deal on the last 2019 model he had of our choice. He even made a special trip to our home prior to delivery to make sure we had what we needed to have the jacuzzi working right away. I was even able to contact his personal cell phone, while at Home Depot, to make sure we purchase the correct materials for our electrical set-up. In the end, he even stayed extra time to connect our spa box and hook up our wiring to our breaker box. Please go to Paul if you are looking for a spa! He is THE BEST!

  We have been using Cal West for our spa needs for 13 years and have always had a great experience. They are very helpful when I need assistance with my spa when I get it out of control. They have also ordered the parts needed on my LA Spa and installed them with great results and professionalism. Our spa is 13 years old but is like new still thanks to Cal West.   I love the fire pit set I purchased because of the great quality. The staff was outstanding all the way around. Excellent service and fast delivery with complete set up for a very minimal charge. I had researched on the internet for weeks and knew exactly what I wanted to purchase. I was fortunate to have been referred to this store who had just what I was looking for with no waiting for an order to be placed. I highly recommend this company. Thank You Cal-West!

  Didn't buy a spa yet but the sales rep on the floor was extremely helpful and knowledgable. Took plenty of time with us and answer all of our questions. He made sure we felt comfortable and understood everything involved with purchasing a new spa. Highly recommend this store for service and sales of a spa, only wish spas would cheaper lol.

  Recent corruption and fraud For many years my husband and I have been happy with their service. We would bring in our pool water and immediately get feed back how to get it back in balance. This last year, I needed help putting the filter case top back on after purchasing 4 new filters and putting them in I could not get the top back on myself. Not only did I pay for the filters, but was charged an additionally 130.00 for the man to just put the lid on. All he did was insult me, complain it had some grit on it, then instead of cleaning the o-ring, he sprayed lubrication and still could not get the top to connect. After he left , I got a call saying " It was cracked" and giving me a quote to replace it. I have had two service men out since then. There is no crack and all it needed was a new nut and bolt ( the old one was stripped which I hear is common after 8 years of use.) I wrote a letter asking my money back, instead I just got a message from an angry service man insisting I replace my unit. I told them I would go public if I did not get adequate customer service, still no response from the owner, ( whom I had addressed the letter to). I paid 130.00 for nothing but insults and a spray of lubrication.
