  Short Review of Our Jacuzzi Buying Experience: In-Store Customer Service: A; Delivery Team: A+; Delivery Scheduling Team: F. Long Review of Our Jacuzzi Buying Experience: Salesperson Kenny is very knowledgeable and respectful. Part of his service included coming to our house after installation and discussing the chemical routines and testing. He also at this time gave us some useful tips on using the cover and maintenance items. The Delivery Team had a no-nonsense, get right to work attitude. Each of the three guys was busy the whole time they were at our house; they made sure the unit was placed exactly where I wanted it. Very professional and polite. Unfortunately, things went south when dealing with the Scheduling Team. My request for confirmation that email correspondences had been received were ignored. Four times I called and asked that the scheduling coordinator call me; she never did. During one call I asked to speak to the scheduling coordinator and was told that she was on the other line but would call me back when she got off the phone. About an hour later I called back and was told that the scheduling coordinator was out for the day. One time I was transferred to someone who appeared to be the supervisor of the Scheduling Team. She told me that she could not schedule the installation, but would contact the scheduling coordinator and promised to call me by noon the following day. No phone call ever came. Overall, I would recommend California Backyard in Rancho Cordova to purchase a spa. Ask for Kenny and you’ll have a great buying experience. Be prepared for a disappointing experience come time to schedule the delivery. What makes the experience every more frustrating is that California Backyard requires full payment for the spa before the delivery is scheduled. One is left with the impression that customer service no longer is a priority after the money has been received.

  Go see Seth!! He is patient, helpful and knows his products. We have been working with him for a couple years now. We wanted long lasting quality outdoor comfort and got exactly that with our OW Lee set. He answers emails and returns calls. He is honest with time frames and delays. We encounter some but he kept our expectations real. Delays from manufacturer not Cal Backyard. We live an hour from this location but prefer this location. There selection is large. They have a great Christmas selection during the season. Thank you Seth and California Backyard!

  I have been shopping year for years. I think I have one of everything except a hot tub. They do such a great job decorating their trees for Christmas and I always find more to add to my holiday collection. I feel they have quality products that last a long time, but the real reason I shop here is because of the outstanding people they hire like- Michael and Bupie who provide excellent customer service. I know they are working hard during this holiday season and I appreciate their smiles and Holiday Spirit. Nowadays its so hard to find hardworking people and California Backyard is lucky to employee such great employees!
