I bought my jotul f500 oslo from these guys. I have contacted a few stores before going with these guys and i found that many people who worked at other stores were not knowledgeable. Joel was super helpful and super knowledgeable. Also he burns wood for heat! Straight to the point! I told when i was coming and they had everything ready for me. Thank you for a smooth transaction! Definitely would recommend this place!

These folks don't answer the phone during business hours, don't return voicemail messages, and don't feel a need to get things done too quickly. The reviews for the Stove Shoppe are mixed in with the adjoining grocery store & when you comb through the actual Fireplace/Stove reviews, you see others coming to this same conclusion. They charge $100 to come look at your fireplace, when other businesses have a free consultation. Then the estimate was supposed to come in a week, but I had to leave messages, & finally go back to the store to get the estimate. They said they were behind on estimates because of we had snow (1 inch which melted on the roads). Also, the estimate asks for a 50% up front deposit to have work done (not uncommon) but in the tiny print, it says that all work will be considered (by them) to be done on time if finished within SIX MONTHS after you give them the deposit.

Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to answer all you questions. The guys in the warehouse loaded the hearth pad and the bage of pellets for use. Would recommend Byler's it has much more to offer then just stoves. If you go there check out the market.

New to Seaford, we had a Nextgen stove installed last winter. (2/25) Our last purchase of a stove was in 2010 in Severna Park so it had been a while. After a few call backs and learning a few things, works like a charm. 😉 We would definitely recommend Bylers.

What a great store! There are quite a few good deals here, delicious baked goods, deli meats and cheeses. It's fun to browse and see what goodies are in each aisle.
