  We could not have asked for a better company to do our job! We had an intense chimney fire. I had other chimney companies come out to give an estimate, & none of them did the work that needed to be done. BUT, they all recommended a company that would, and it was Butler Chimney. So glad I called them! From the first phone call, Amanda was so kind, & friendly, I was very impressed. That kindness only continued with the rest of the people I talked to in the office, & all the guys who came out to do the job including Corey himself. Jon who did the inspection, I couldn’t have asked for anyone more kind & considerate. He was thorough & explained everything to me. They followup with photos, an explanation with the inspection report, & a detailed quote for the job. Between the inspection & the work starting, they were in touch & answered all my questions & concerns. Then the work began. Once again, Jared & his crew Martin & Tony, who were so nice, thoughtful, respectful, & they know what they’re doing. I was kept informed, was asked if they had questions, answered any of my questions & informed me of any problems. They are honest, sincere, hard working people , which is rare these days. The workers are all kind, considerate of you & your home, & willing to work with you on ideas & designs. I designed what we wanted, which they had never done, but they did it, & we couldn’t be happier. Their goal is to have a happy customer & do the best job they can, & they accomplished both! We couldn’t be happier with the results, & they feel like friends you can rely on, which we’ll do regularly to have our chimney cleaned! Thank you Corey & your team - Butler Chimney!

  We worked with Butler chimney back several years ago because we had a chimney fire. The first part of the process was great as the sales rep was very knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. Half the work was completed on time but then we had to wait months and months without any response onto when the other half was going to be completed. Needless to say, I think five or six months went by until finally the owner came out to do the rest of the job and thanked us for our patience. We had no patience left at that point, and I would never recommend this company.

  My fireplace has been completely transformed from a 1987 era non working wood burning model to a gas fireplace with a stunning stone surround! All people that I interacted with at Butler Chimney were very nice and professional. Jonathan, Amanda, Martin, Alex, Tony, Cassie and Corey … communication was very good 👍

  We love our two gas chimney inserts that Butler Chimney installed! Today was the inspection that they do annually. Jonathan, who did the inspection, is so nice and personable. He is very friendly and easy to talk to. Besides cleaning and inspecting the inserts, he climbed on the roof to check the chimney, and he also inspected the retaining wall in the back yard that Butler Chimney repaired and cleaned up for us, along with the stairs that they put in. Thanks, Butler Chimney!

  The work was completed and I am happy with the result. Scheduling and timeliness were an issue, not sure if this is how it always is, or if it was the perfect storm. Amanda kept me informed but it was challenging to expect contractors who have to continually reschedule. One piece of equipment broke so I understand they needed to await for a replacement part, but there were other delays too. (Had to finish a previous job, but that took 2 days???). Also, yesterday I was raking leaves and found large CHUNKS of what used to be my chimney (My job included the removal of a chimney) on the ground. I'm not talking one or two, I'm talking about 8-10 including one LARGE one. I think they should have laid down a tarp and/or policed the yard better when cleaning up.
