My wife and I stopped by the showroom at Busy Bear a few weeks ago to check out some wood burning stoves. With all the uncertainty in our world, we wanted an alternative heating source in case SHIT HIT FAN! After looking at some different options Pete suggested something that fit our budget! He came to our house and took some measurements! About a week or so later he came and installed the unit in less than 8 hours. They were polite and explained the process as they worked. He even lit the fire and explained how things worked! I am super excited and happy about my purchase! These guys were awesome! Thank you Pete!!!!

We stopped in a couple weeks ago, made an appointment to have our gas powered fireplace repaired and have the ceramic logs replaced. Meeting Sara the black lab was enough for a five star review - I wish I had the installer's name but he was great, friendly and professional. We now have a functioning fireplace!

I stopped in for a propane refill and happened to mention an issue I've been having with my Weber grill not getting as hot as it once did. They helped me troubleshoot the issue. It turned out to be a bad regulator. They had the part in stock and, once installed, my beloved grill is functioning perfectly. They really take the time to make sure their customers are happy.
