They put a new flue in for us and replaced the chase so it didn't even look like it had been opened. Great people to work with.

Bush's did an absolutely wonderful job installing my Quadra-fire Castile Pellet insert! From sales, to installation to service these guys are top notch! Took the time to answer all my questions, installed with care and cleaned up after themselves! I highly recommend them!

I recently had one wood burning insert and one wood burning stove installed in my homes. Aaron visited each home and worked with me to select a Quadra-fire insert for the home with an existing fireplace, and a Bari wood burning stove for my cottage. The Bush installers were extremely professional and careful with each installation. They also took the time to explain the installation process and to provide tips for reducing smoke and producing maximal heat output. I find the Quadra-Fire to be very nice, but the dual blower motors are a bit noisier than I expected from such a high-end unit. I absolutely love the Bari; the huge door and glass provide a beautiful view and cozy effect. The only drawback is that opening the door to add more wood always lets a lot of smoke out of the stove and into my house. This even happens when the stove is nice and hot and has been in use for several hours. Overall, I have been very pleased and am now thinking of adding another wood burning stove in the basement of my primary home!

Bush's Fireplace doesn't even deserve a one. Terrible customer service! I had them come to my home to service my gas fireplace. They said it had to be taken back to their shop for service in October. I called in 3 weeks and was told , oh we'll order the part today. I called 4 more times. They don't answer their phone, it goes to a recorder. They never called back. This was a $1700 fireplace when purchased. It's now January, we had to drive to their business at least 20 miles one way to see what happened to our fireplace. Then they couldn't find it, they tried to give us some piece of junk. We knew that wasn't ours. We left without it. They did return it, not serviced and unusable. They only did that because we went to their business and had to demand its return. They have no regard for anyone's property!

Had them service a 2005 Vermont Casting i couldn't get to light, but I should have told him earlier I had extra parts I forgot about. But now it works perfectly.
