  I cannot say enough good things about the purchase and installation of our new Realfyre gas logs. Sean, Derek & Clay were extremely knowledgeable during the selection & purchase of the logs in their Alpharetta store and Josh & Johnny did a First Class installation!   The Mad Hatter always delivers truly professional chimney service. Alex, Zeb, and Jared arrived earlier than expected. They were so professional and courteous in cleaning three gas log fireplaces as well as our dryer vent. We were oh so impressed! Excellent, knowledgeable service! We HIGHLY recommend this company!!! They presented us with literal “red carpet” treatment!

  I was looking to buy a Big Green Egg as a family Christmas gift. My wife and sons always mentioned how delicious their food was. Of course it was because of the smoky flavorful meats from their Green Egg. I shopped 3 retailers and I’m glad I chose Mad Hatter in Alpharetta. Why: 1. On the phone Derek answered my questions so thoroughly I knew I had to go there. 2. In the store, his presentation of the Egg was so informative that I hardly had any questions. In fact, he taught me things I didn’t know that I didn’t know. 3. And to all this their bundle prices beat other retailers. You will not get this level of knowledge at large hardware stores. 4. Sean was perfect with the checkout process, reviewing everything that came with my purchase, and scheduling delivery and assembly. 5. Oh; and my bundle came with free delivery and assembly! The whole experience with Mad Hatter was like being in an Apple store for all things grilling & fireplaces. I had fun. After my purchase I had to get out of there before I went over the Christmas budget; LOL. I’ll be back to Mad Hatter in the future. Truly a great professional experience. Go there and you will be impressed.

  Juan Carlos and Oscar were absolutely fantastic. They arrived on time, were professional, meticulous, and efficient from start to finish. Juan Carlos took the time to carefully explain the issues with our chimney and walk us through the repairs, which I really appreciated. Both of them worked neatly and kept the area spotless throughout the process. They were courteous and clearly took pride in their work. Our fireplace is now working perfectly and looks beautiful — both functional and aesthetically pleasing. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend Mad Hatter Chimney Service, especially Juan Carlos and Oscar, for anyone looking for top-quality, reliable service.

  Evaluated 3 options to replace existing fireplace. Every single person I worked with was professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Juan, Juan Jr. and Oscar did amazing work on the install that was above and beyond. Very organized and efficient and answered all questions. The quality of their work is amazing. Fred and Matt were great during the selection and decision process. I rank Mad Hatter in my top 3 of businesses I have ever worked with for a home project.
