Dennis was prompt. We moved into a home that has a fireplace it was extremely dirty It smelled terrible every time I turned it on and basically couldn’t use it. Dennis came clean the fireplace the glass added Embers and then made sure to teach me everything there was to know about it. Safety was his number one priority. And I so appreciated how clean he was. He used mats On the floor and when he was done he cleaned up every last thing. What are appreciated most about him, was the fact that we did not think of overworked. He had every opportunity to say no it doesn’t work tell us a new one. Instead he educated us of why it was it coming on. He showed us how to work it. And he did not try to sell us anything extra that we did not need. So I highly recommend Dennis.

These guys were amazing. They were prompt, friendly, professional and did an outstanding job cleaning the wood stove. They even replaced a broken valve on an unrelated gas heater. They did this for a only a few bucks and it wasn't part of the original job. Highly recommend these guys!

Maybe got a tech who was having a bad day? Burbank Fireplace and BBQ has serviced our fireplace twice and each time they were remarkable! But today, a tech visited for maintenance, took one look and stated there was nothing that could be done. He didn't check the flu, test the gas line, nothing. Spent less than five minutes in our home, then demanded the $125 visit fee. The tech was rude and argumentative and would not address our maintenance questions and it was rather threatening in the way he demanded the cash payment. An update: I called the business to express my concerns and was told it was the owner who visited my place, did nothing, then demanded $125.00. Careful, folks.
