I have never written a review about a service call good or bad, this is the first. To make it short and sweet the service tech had an easy fix. My gas stove would not light and when it did it wouldn't stay lit. The tech would not relate to me what he did, perhaps anticipating another easy call at another date? I had to go research the problem to figure out what he did. I have not had a problem with the work done by Bunting. I do have a problem with not being told what he done. I personally don't treat people this way. The operating literature that comes with the stove is not very good, which relates to the product itself not Bunting. When I had my stove installed they done a great professional job, no complaints.

Matt at Bunting's Fireplace & Stove in Pennsylvania is highly professional and knowledgeable. He installed my wood stoves several years back. Two years ago, I used another company to clean the stoves because they were closer to my home, but they did not do as good a job as Matt. So, I reached out to Matt, explained the problems the other guy created, and Matt came out promptly and fixed them.

Buntings was a great help in getting us what we wanted for a stand alone pellet stove. They were able to get us a custom hearth pad and the installers were amazing as they were working with an unusual install situation from a previous home owner. The overall result is beautiful!
