  Buffalo Fireplace installed a unit about 2 years ago and did a great job installing and cleaning up after themselves. The unit turned out to have defective electronics causing the unit to not work anymore. They honored the warranty and were able to come out within a few days to fix it. Would definitely use them again based on their great customer service!

  What a great experience. From the first time James entered our house until Shawn put on the final touches, it was great. Every person we interacted with was respectful to us and our house. Buffalo Fireplace worked with us to come up with a custom shape, getting the correct measurements, and ordering exactly what we wanted. The fire logs and doors are a perfect final touch on the centerpiece of our first floor. Thanks Again!

  Outstanding service from the initial estimate to the team coming over to work on installing a gas log set into my existing fireplace. I am absolutely amazed at how much heat this little set actually produces, and Buffalo fireplace did not upsell me into something I did not need! Instead, he advised the cheaper options that shows honesty, integrity, care for me as customer! The installation team did excellent work safely connecting gas line to where my fireplace is explained everything and everything came beautiful ! I highly recommend Buffalo fireplace !!!

  We had a great experience working with Buffalo Fireplace, from visiting the showroom all the way through installation. James was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job communicating and educating us on all the different options for our new gas insert. Installation was quick, and we are so pleased with the end result!

  We had our fireplace installed back in August. I called a few places for quotes and James was the only person who actually took more than a minute to talk to me and explain the different options available and really provided so much information to help make our decision. The installers we had were fantastic. They were in and out by 1pm and were very respectful. What’s prompting me to write this review now is that I had a roof leak by my fireplace which ended up having to do nothing with the fireplace or the install, but James handled the situation with such professionalism and provided me with information to help me try to fix the unrelated issue. He is just so kind and you can tell that he cares about his work and his customers. I cannot recommend Buffalo Fireplace enough.
