Very knowledgeable and courteous. Did not feel pressured into buying and felt like they answered any questions I had. After lots of research into replacing our old wood burner I feel like they helped me solidify my choice. I recommend looking into them if you are in the market for a new wood stove!

Nice stuff but waited at the counter behind another customer for 25 minutes and noone even acknowledged our presence. A salesman was helping another customer in another room and a few people were sitting behind desks. The kicker is that someone came in when we were discussing if we should just leave, and immediately someone from one of the desks told them they would help them in a few minutes but that they were on the phone at the moment. We try to buy local but we left and bought our stuff at the big box store instead. Won't be returning or suggesting this place to anyone. There are plenty of choices around here.
