  I had amazing experience with this company! The crew was on time, very professional, and respectful to my home. They used coverings for their shoes and laid down protective sheets for my hardwood floors. They seem to work well together, and displayed excellent communication back-and-forth, which is always a great thing to see and hear as a home owner. The crew leader kept me updated and at the end of the job walked me through the finish projects. He answered all my questions, and explained things well. I highly recommend this company!   We had a crew of 2 and sometimes 3 guys at our house from 10am until 7pm to remove our broken furnace and replace it with a new heatpump system. They took no breaks and never left our basement except to get more supplies to do this project. We are extremely satisfied with the new heatpump. Thank you Bruning for making us and our comfort priority that day.

  I just recently had to have my furnace replaced. I want to say service in all areas from customer service to the techs who replaced my furnace was Exemplary. They showed up when they said they would, even called beforehand to let me know they were on their way. Chad showed up and gave me options for furnace replacement and took his time to explain everything. Emailed me a quote the same day. Back story: I had previously had 2 different companies from the area show up, with one of them (pink van guys) saying he would have his salesman call me for a quote. (Never happened). Brittany and Cindy were always courteous and helpful when I called with questions. Ben and another tech showed up on the scheduled day, keeping me updated on their progress. When they were done, they walked me through everything they had done and showed me how to operate the thermostat and talked about filter replacements. If you want Great Customer Service, and Professionalism. I Highly recommend Bruening Heating and Air.

  Jared was our technician and he was very pleasant. He looked the situation over, came back with the solution and cost and we okayed him to continue. He worked very efficient and made sure all systems worked. He asked if I had any questions or concerns before leaving. I was very happy with your service.   Had our HVAC system replaced a couple years ago. They were out to our house, measured, went over options and once we decided on unit, it was installed within a week! Has been going well and my husband opted for semi annual service calls. Offers us a peace of mind having it checked in the spring and fall. Service men are always courteous and thorough. We recommend.
