  Thank you to the great team of people who provided for our pleasant experience getting a new Trane heat pump installed. Chris was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the equipment and installation. He was more than a salesman. He constantly checked through the entire process to be sure they met our expectations. Highly skilled techs Randol and Nate, the primary installers worked with expertise for two days in the bitter cold. Eon came and helped with the very heavy lifting and other work too. At my request, Jared came 3 days after the install to check settings and add a sensor to the system. Everyone was so friendly and answered my many questions. I am very pleased to have chosen Brubaker. This is a first class operation. Even the office workers kept me informed of scheduling and the techs arrival times. Employees who own their company makes for success and happy customers. Thank you all!

  I would highly recommend Brubaker Heating services. We purchased multi phase Trane Heat pump system. The best price and contract out of 4 other estimates. Installation , education, follow up were simply excellent! They have the market cornered on Professionalism, down to earth communication, time accommodation, education, price.   Fast, efficient, polite and respectful. His apprentice was very good and polite as well. Left work space very clean. Quite pleased Don Smith and his technician Ian were here to change out the septic pump. They were prompt and on time. They were efficient, knowledgeable and clean. They did a great job with very little interruption on our part. Don explained his plan as per the problem.   We had an excellent experience with Brubaker. They responded immediately when we discovered a leak and showed up right away, ready to help. Not only did they stop the leak quickly, but they also diagnosed and repaired an issue with our boiler that could have turned into a much bigger problem. Their technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. I’m really grateful for their prompt and thorough service. I would absolutely recommend Brubaker to anyone in need of dependable home repairs.
