Purchased a 60” Slim Electric Fireplace and couldn’t be happier. It looks and sounds so realistic. Has an outstanding display with multiple color and flame options. Delivery was prompt. Installers were professional, explained all the options in detail, and were in and out within an hour or so. It’s a top notch product with fabulous customer service to match! Absolutely terrible business to deal with. Numerous delays in construction due to their poor communication, unprofessionalism and general lack of work ethic. They have on more than one occasion refused to show up to do the work when scheduled. No showing caused weeks of delays on construction and the open chimney caused water damage on interior plywood. Numerous attempts to contact them went unanswered. They also will leave trash everywhere behind the firebox. I had to use a shop vac to clean up all of the scrap wood and trash. Unprofessional and dangerous as this could have caused a house fire. I have nothing positive to say. Save yourself the trouble and get anyone else to install your fireplace. ***Edit*** Unprofessionalism continues. Add refusal to take responsibility to the list of problems with this company. Didn't come back to work for weeks at a time after the framing issue was resolved. The framing issue wasn't a problem because the framers actually showed up when they said they would. BG fireplace and grill does not show up when they say they will. They blamed one day of no showing on snow even when there was no snow in our area. I would also like to know if it is common practice for the installers to leave trash everywhere behind the firebox? Don't trust a word they say. Go somewhere else.

It was just ok. Decent gas log display. Expensive though. We ended up buying our gas log set online and saved over $500. The said the could install a set we buy there for an additional $200. For the prices they charge the install should be free because anyone can do it. Young gentleman salesman did a good job answering our questions. You can go there to look at sets then buy online and save $100s.
