My wife and I support local business and found Bow and Arrow the best to work with. They put in a LP stove on our new addition to our home. They were very understanding to the extended schedule that the contract was taking. They installed the unit, protected it from the painters, protected the new floor during the install and did the first burn check. All within projected cost over 6 months time at no additional charge. Great job!! My fireplace stopped working and while I can fix most things, nothing I did was working. So I called Bow & Arrow which is where it was purchased 12 years ago. They came out the next day to troubleshoot the problem and not only fixed it, but offered to do a full service and cleaning while they were on site, rather than making me reschedule for a 2nd appointment. It only took them 45 minutes, the price was fair and reasonable and the result was perfect... the fireplace looks great! See for yourself...
