    Brought my mower in for winter maintenance today (11/29). Was told it would be a while, which I expected at this time of year,especially with snow expected today. Was also told it would be stored outside, uncovered exposed to the snow, rain and other elements. I asked if that seemed reasonable from a customer's perspective and he said "that is why I am letting you know". After he explained they only have a certain size storage space indoors he just kind of shrugged his shoulders. I interpreted that to mean 'we are in the middle of a growing area, have been here forever and really don't need your business any longer'. There were no other options offered like taking my name and having them call me in February when they could take in the machine as an example. There was actually a time that they would come pick up your mower in the winter and take it back to service it and return it when completed. What a concept. They certainly didn't explain this is how service would work to me when I bought the mower 2 years ago. Good for them that they are so busy and can turn long time customers away, but they need to be aware that may not last forever. Chose not to leave my equipment or purchase anything from this place any longer.

    I have never been lied to by a salesman as this place...Salesman didn't know anything about the product he was selling he was just making it up as he talked I guess...But they say everything happens for a reason...I got in my truck and went weingartz and what a difference in dealing with real professional staff...Bourliers lost a customer and Weingartz gained a customer...

    I was very impressed and happy with the service I received. Took my lawnmower to get repaired, it did take a few weeks but the delay wasn’t from them it was from the manufacturer warranty. They did such a great job, I brought my generator that was having issues starting and that was done in 2 days. The price was very reasonable. I am very happy with everything, definitely will be returning.

    I will never buy any lawn equipment again at this store. I bought a Toro super recycler mower less than a year ago. The drive cable is breaking at the base of the hook. They want me to leave my mower for 3 weeks while they check if the cable is warranted. Service people are definitely not customer friendly!

    Good prices but most of the time they have to order my parts for my mowers. But my mowers are not new. MTD with Tecumseh motors
