My husband called them about our pellet stove . We had a pellet stove for 12 years and my husband replaced and fixed parts on it many times. This year we decided to replace it and we had a problem so we called Bossert Fireplace . They informed my husband they had never heard of King Pellet stoves and the problem was probably user error. What kind of customer service is that?
