I HIGHLY recommend Bon Air Hearth. Even though I did research and 'thought' I knew what I wanted, after listening to my actual needs and desires, Bon Air H recommended the perfect fireplace system. They were SPOT ON about how great it is and I feel I get the best of all worlds with this system. And saved me money!!! They showed up on time, professional installation and even gave us before hand 'tips' to make our glass "pop" (not literally) and stand out. We're very happy customers!

We are really happy with the final product. The installer did a good job and was very informative. On the negative side, the communication could have been better. I often had to send follow up emails or call the store to get information. Dates for install and inspection were not well communicated. For a premium product, I expected better service.

Went to your store to get pricing on gas logs. The young man was very condescending to me & acted like I was bothering him with questions about the purchase. There was no one else in the store. Doubt i will go back for purchase.

I ordered oil rubbed bronze fireplace screen. I received light brown. It looks totally different than what was on display in the store. When I purchased them they told me "they were instock doors and that they just had to be ordered. That custom doors were more expensive and had to be templated from them". After asking for an exchange for my " brown stock doors" to black ones they stated that "they were custom doors". Their only offer was to take it back and for it to sit in the store and get reimbursement when someone buys it. So I would be out double the money for a hope that someone would buy it. They said the company they bought it from would not take it back. My suggestion so no one else has issues is just to know the return policy before buying. And clarify what you are buying.
