I am just taking a few minutes to put up a good post for Bollens Hearth a family business in Bremen Ga. My brother recommended them to me after purchasing a fireplace from them. I want to say that my wife and I drove over 2 hours due to that recommendation. The time was worth it. We looked at a nice assortment of models in their showroom and found one that we liked. We first spoke with Nicole and Justin who are husband and wife. They were very easy to talk to and took the time to answer all of our questions (I ask a lot of questions). They are very knowledgeable about their products. I had further questions days later and called back. I spoke with Ellis and he was also very easy to talk to and was also very knowledgeable. Just to cover our bases, I also shopped around to others in the business. There wasn't anyone else that I spoke to that even came close to the level of customer service provided by Bollen's. I had an Apex 42 installed and am seriously satisfied with the purchased. I have used a wood heater to heat my last home for 35 years and there is no comparison to the Apex. Bollens staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. There were some manufacturers issues that arose and they quickly took care of them and I was 100% satisfied. If you’re considering a wood heater or fireplace start here.
