Contacted them to schedule a repair/checkup in early November. They didn’t respond to my first contact. Cashed back and got a service appointment scheduled. The day before the appointment, when I checked in, they cancelled. Got the appointment rescheduled. Guy came out and spent the day, leaving without getting it working. Two days later the manager came out and got it working. A month later the fireplace stopped working. First call was not returned. Second call was returned saying they “hope” to get someone out this week. No follow up. Text message to a manager returned two days later. He leaves me a voicemail, I return the call. No call back. It keeps going but you get the idea. Funniest part: We’re about to buy 3 more fireplaces. Guys who won’t be invited to bid?
