  Luke and Brean were very thorough and careful, I was very satisfied with their work. They cleaned and tuned up two gas fireplaces, one of which was quite "touchy", and which is now functioning just fine. I particularly appreciated the patience Luke took to explain what steps he was taking during the maintenance and how the remote worked. I appreciated their professional attitude towards their work and would certainly welcome their help in the future. Thank you White Heating & Air Conditioning!

  We had our gas fireplace serviced by Luke from White Heating. He had a lot to do since we hadn’t had it serviced in years. He was very knowledgeable, taught me how to use it (hadn’t received instructions before as it was a new house), took the time to take precautions so our our rug & floors didn’t get dirty, answered our almost 3 year old grandsons constant questions and cleaned the fireplace and glass. It looked like a brand new fireplace when he finished! What a difference!! Thank you Luke. I will recommend you to everyone in need. In my opinion Luke is the best!!

  We made an appointment, they had an appointment open. They called, I said yes. They sent Luke. Luke is the best !!!! He explains everything until it makes sense. He lets me ask one million questions, he lets me pack a snack bag, I treat him like my son. Fuss over him. He’s kind , good to my cats. Kind to my autistic daughter. Thank you for sending him.

  White Heating & Fireplace Showroom have been my "go-to" for years. The techs are always friendly & polite. Shoes always come off at the door. My last experience was with Luke to service/clean one of my fireplaces. He did show me what could happen in the future and how I could fix it. He cleaned the fireplace (logs & embers) and the flame sensor. He was quick & efficient. He offered to clean the glass of my other fireplace, but I had been using it, so it was hot. I did appreciate the offer since he was there! Luke is great and I like that he's a long-time employee that remembers me and the fireplaces I have. They installed both, years apart, and I love them!
