5 stars are not enough stars to recommend Big Ash! From the beginning conversations of an inspection appointment, our wood burning stove discussion-Big Ash (previous owner) installed it about 20 years ago, to the inspection appointment, visit to the showroom in Holley and then installation of our new gas fireplace this week was a great experience. They are all very knowledgeable and thoroughly answered my million questions during the process and were some of the nicest people you could encounter at a business. They are a small business and a business I would 100% recommend and have already recommended to anyone who has any type of fireplace needs. A huge thank you to Julie, Jason and the entire Big Ash team, we are looking forward to many years of enjoying our beautiful fireplace!

Guys where very professional and answered all my questions I had asked. Have had my pallet stove for 12 years. Big ash installed it and has maintained it when ever I had a problem. My agp stove has been a great running stove.

We are very pleased with the service we got from Big Ash! Robbie and Ethan did an excellent job on our old gas insert and made it like brand new. They checked all the boxes to insure everything, inside and out, was working correctly. We would recommend to anyone who needs service.
