  We bought a woodburning stove from here five years ago. The stove was fine but there were communication issues with the installers and we were caught in the middle. Five years later, the glass cracked on the stove and in February we paid BHH&P to order a replacement for us. We were told the part would arrive in about two weeks. We checked on the part numerous times over the following SEVEN months and were told a different story each time about why the part had not arrived. We finally asked them to give us our money back and ordered the part ourselves for less money. They clearly are having some serious problems. Their deceptiveness over our order is mind boggling!

  RUN AWAY! I used this company for a fireplace replacement and where do I start… RUN AWAY! I placed an order in July and was met with nothing but delays, excuses, and complete disorganization. The salesperson went on vacation for a month, and every time I followed up, the response was always “let me check” with no real answers. Then came excuse after excuse: first the fireplace wouldn’t ship because of Labor Day, then suddenly it was “shipping tomorrow.” We finally scheduled installation, and less than 24 hours before, I was told it couldn’t happen because the installer had a funeral. At that point, I had enough and canceled the order.

  Had my pettet stove cleaned that I bought here. After cleaning it we have a smoke smell so I called to have it checked and they cleaned the whole thing over again and charged my wife for it. Still smells.even went to store to complain they said they had to charge couldn’t do it for free. Shady business by new owner don’t buy here!!!!!

  Stay Away! Randy is the absolute worst no communication took months to get them to pick up wood stove insert that broke under warranty then they received notification that the insert could not be fixed and needed to be replaced which they never told us for over a month Then they tried to charge us freight charges that were covered under warranty and then dropped off the unit in the driveway and refused to bring it in the house They are rude - dishonest - and the worst company to go business with !

  Great place to buy telescope casual outdoor furniture. Sales people very knowledgeable. Large selection of in stock items and happy to order custom sets. Definitely a premium feel to this place and many of their lines are made in the USA not China crap. Highly recommend.
