Best Fire is terrific. We wanted a new replacement modern wood burning fireplace insert and a specific manufacturer. Best Fire not only special ordered it as they don’t regularly stock that brand, their quote for the unit and installation was far below 2 other local dealers that used that manufacturer. Sales rep Craig Horton is very knowledgeable and helpful. He’s a great guy. Installers Matt, Mike, Travis were excellent, very respectful of our home and very friendly. Abby emailed us our original quote, invoice, payment receipts the same business day in all 3 areas. Highly recommend this company.

Best Fire 🔥 (Colonie store, Central Ave.) is the very, very "BEST." This is a company (in my opinion) that strives to achieve excellence at every level of customer contact. Starting with Ryan in the showroom and finishing with the three craftsmen/installers, everyone was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. These three skilled installers are Best Fire 🔥 employees, not subcontractors. I am pleased to be able to say this was the very best sales/install experience I have ever had. My experience with Best Fire was superb. The communication via email and over the phone was timely and they kept their verbal commitments. They did custom metal work so I could keep the cobblestone design visible and they did a beautiful job. In the stores they explained all the models and pros and cons.

Rob C. arrived a few minutes early to perform a complete cleaning of our 9 year old gas fireplace. He explained each step of what he was testing for as well as completing a thorough cleaning including spray painting the walls to make it look like new. Rob was so personable, knowledgeable, efficient and was a great representative of Best Fire . He was a pleasure to deal with!

Mr. Hoefer was very helpful and very nice to deal with. We owned a Weber grill for many years, and it was time to replace it. The delivery men were very helpful and love that they had it all assembled. Taking the old one away was definitely a plus. Best Fire is very good to deal with.
