I'm in the market for a wood stove. My wife and I stopped in while we had some spare time. The gentleman there was kind and friendly. He answered all of our questions. We had a positive experience and will be back to buy. Edit 1 year later - purchased a wood stove saving and researching. The desk man was very helpful again and thought the entire process. He even contacted the manufacturer rep to verify if the stove i wanted would cook me out. Once ordered, there was some shipping delays. Once he realized there was an unexpected inventory constraint, he kept me up to date. Again very nice home town fella there. I enjoyed his sincerity and with jokes.

Service tech Michael came to our location and assessed the fireplace which needed cleaning from spider webs and a leaky burner. Replaced the natural gas assembly and up and running with minimal downtime. Two other companies assessed the situation and deemed the entire fireplace needed to be replaced at more than 10 times the cost. Could not thank Michael more for his time and expertise. Thank you!

Woman answering phone wanted to know the mileage between Scott City and Jackson. Since this firm has serviced our fireplace before under the previous owners, why don't they know this and what does it matter? Google it for cripes sakes! When man called to confirm, my husband canceled the appointment. Man asked why. Husband told him about the discussion with the appointment setter. Man called him a liar and told him to "shove it up your ass." Company charges $155 just to come out. Not user friendly. Rude hostile impolite. We made the appointment with the Cape Girardeau office. We received the rude hostile call from the jackass as Farmington. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
