After researching 4 other insert companies in the area, it was clear Berkshire Hearth and Home had the best products, pricing AND customer service. Plus, they had the fastest turn around for installation. We had our wood insert installed and working in a week of ordering. Would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their fireplace.

Berkshire Heath & Home did an amazing job replacing my electric fireplace. They had to remove the old one, which required demo of the stone work around the old fireplace, and then install the new, and they put up a new mantel and new stone, and the end result is beautiful. The whole process from start to finish was completed within a week. Grateful for their responsiveness, talented people, and great work!

In this day and age, it is more important then ever to support local businesses. With Berkshire Hearth and Home you’re not only supporting a father/son owned and operated business, your supporting one of the best in the business!!! Al and Brad are incredibly friendly and VERY knowledgeable. They made the purchase/installation process seamless. We also purchased our pellets from them. Even though we purchased the pellets in season, they were still very fairly priced, and the quality of the pellets they carry are top notch. If you are considering getting a wood burning or pellet stove/insert, or are just shopping around for pellets, make Berkshire Hearth and Home your first and ONLY stop!

Great experience. Berkshire has a great selection of Pellet and Wood stoves in their showroom. Brad and Al are very knowledgeable about their products and are able to answer any questions you may have. Installation didn't take long, and there was no mess left. We're glad to have had Berkshire install our stove, and look forward to them servicing it in the future.

Really nice owners. A real mom and pop shop where you feel like you’re working with small local business owners. They had the stove we wanted, and discounted. They were able to come install it for us and explain all about owning a stove for the first time. 2 years later and it is still going strong! Would definitely recommend.
