After Fireside installed a 6k fireplace in our new home build I have had nothing but issues. In the first year I have had two grates melt. One replaced by warranty. I have had two back walls crack. One replaced by warranty. 700 dollar glass front come off due to poor construction. And interior paint flaking off . Yes the first year warranty covered it but not after that. One would think that Fireside would stop representing garbage, at a cost of 6k. New install lasting 12 months? Shame on you! I’d pay for a Portland vendor before I’d do business with Fireside again.

5-star experience all around. From the showroom, to the install, to the final touches and walkthrough, Fireside was fantastic. Adam came to our house on a Saturday to finish the job. He went above and beyond to get everything just right and show us how to use the fireplace. Highly recommend.

This is an incredible place for stoves and spas, period. A couple of years ago we bought our Harmon pellet stove here and this Winter we required service for the unit. Jason showed up, on time, even called in route to let me know his arrival time. Jason was very professional and helpful, giving me maintenance tips after he repaired the stove and left us feeling great about our stove. Bend fireside installed a gas fireplace in our master bedroom and the service was top notch! They went above and beyond what I feel any typical store would do, which made the install seamless and low stress. We won’t go anywhere else and will be using Fireside in the future for all of our needs. We are lucky to have them in Bend! Highly recommend.

I bought a Blaze Grill as I really believed that it was better than most. I paid more from Fireside as their sales staff seemed much more knowledgable and I told them I was paying for the service that I was told would be great. I have a problem with the grill, went to the store and could not have been more surprised at the “tough luck” reply that they gave me. If you are in need of a grill in Bend, Oregon, look for the best price and buy it there such as Standard TV and Appliance. They are less expensive and their service can’t be any worse.
