  I came to Bellevue Fireplace shop after YEARS of being serviced by a company that also did HVAC/water heaters/etc. As we say, don't go to the dentist for a broken arm. I had no idea that my ongoing issues and lack of an attractive flame pattern, output and hissing/popping were because my RH Petersen burners were not set up correctly, EVER. I was greeted warmly by the owners of the shop, and Deanna introduced me to Louis and David who would not only solve my issues but knew exactly what was wrong in five minutes. Now my insert is working as designed, it's so cozy in my house. I am elated. Personalized and down to earth service is so rare these days. I am so grateful for Deanna and her team! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

  I bought a condo six months ago and the gas fireplace in my condo stopped working. My Realtor suggested that I call the Bellevue Fireplace Shop for a service call. When I called to schedule it, they suggested I try something quick. Darn it if it did not fix the problem in no time. This speaks volumes about their integrity.

  If you are looking to install a gas fireplace anywhere on the Eastside, Bellevue Fireplace is absolutely the best. The professionalism and knowledge of the plumbing required; the amazingly warm and helpful service; the selection; and the absolute integrity of the owners are outstanding. We had our gas fireplace installed 3 years ago and we love it and use it just as much today as we did when we first got it. The install was quite tricky as our home is older and the crawl space is quite narrow, but Jim said, "No problem, we will make it happen for you." Since then, Jim and his team have done at least 3 additional plumbing jobs and installs for us over the last few years, and every experience has been outstanding. Call them. You won't be sorry.

  Great customer service. I went in with a lot of questions and came out with a lot of helpful information. From start to finish they handled every detail. I would recommend them for all your fireplace/heating needs. The store is very fun to walk thru also.
