I contacted Behr for some plumbing work to fix a few shut off valves in our older home. They set up an appointment and then contacted me prior to showing up for the scheduled time. Josh quickly came up with a plan to fix the issues and got to work. He made short order of work that would have taken me a half day to complete. I will gladly use Behr again if any new plumbing issue arise.

My wife and I wanted a smaller vent free gas stove for our basement. One that looks like a wood stove but uses natural gas. We spoke with Mike in the show room at their store. He was very upfront with the pros and cons of using a vent free heater. We decided to purchase the product and have them install it. Joshua came and installed the stove in short order. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The stove has worked just fine.

Bought a propane fireplace logs set about 5 years ago and needed a part for it. They didn't have it although it's a pretty common part. Very disappointing since that's why we spent so much for the logs. We wanted a set that would last longer than the cheap ones at Lowe's and one that we could easily get parts for. We could have bought 2 or 3 logs for the same price we paid for 1 at Behr.
