Went in to look at a replacement for our built in gas grill and Nick Elliott provided outstanding service. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and, what I really appreciated, applied no sales pressure whatsoever. He gave us the various options and features of each grill in our price range. We ended up with an Artisan grill, which the store also installed very quickly and professionally. These guys are amazing!!! 10 STARS!!! From ordering all of the appliances, refrigeration, and large fireplace approximately 8-9 months ago and working with Tim Hopper, to the delivery and the installation of everything by Jose and Nick into our custom kitchen and bar, not only did everything go so smoothly, but the entire crew and salesmen were beyond helpful, kind and patient. We really shopped around for quality, competitive pricing and a team that would answer all of our questions about the many, many choices. There are so many choices that you really need someone to break it down and compare all the features. That also helped to draw up a schematic of how they should all be placed. They worked really well with not only us but our architect/contractor. I will ONLY recommend the BBQ OUTLET TEAM to all our friends and family. THEY ARE HANDS DOWN THE BEST!!!
