Service and staff were excellent. We went to 3 different places when shopping for our grill. BBQ Grill Outlet in San Juan Capistrano was by far the best. Jim and the GM, Chris were friendly, knowledgeable and made the difference in making our decision. Although Jose and Nick were late for our installation they did call to let us know they were running behind. Once they got here they went out of their way to make sure the install went perfect and that we were completely satisfied.

Called Chris re new built in BBQ. I was replacing an very old worn out built in BBQ. Chris made some recommendations and I paid a deposit for the new BBQ and installation. The installers came out, installed the new BBQ and hauled the old one away. Seamless transaction and install. Big shout out to Nick and Jose who did a excellent job installing the new BBQ
