Had an amazing experience. Little concerned with giving 100 percent deposit, but they did an amazing job on install and delivery. Every single detail was accounted for on our outdoor kitchen. Loved them!

I recently purchased a Kamodo Jo Classic from the Torrance store there was a little bit of a mix up with the order and these guys Eric in particular were amazing. Eric Resolved the issue in a matter of hours and got the item replaced. Being able to talk to someone over the phone or in person when you want advise or you have an issue is invaluable. If you are looking to buy a BBQ GO TO THIS STORE. They will also price match which is amazing.

Poor customer service is an understatement, being said neither of the two men working approached us to even ask if we had any questions! Next, while in the store a customer came in complaining about something that very much obviously affected one of the guys working in which showed in his face he was upset/angry. When my partner asked them which grills did they own themselves, he hardly acknowledged him and when he answered he didn't even look at him to say his response! Very rude disgusting workers. Even the vibe just felt dead in that store. Don't waste your time going.

This place is amazing and beyond. The amount of things they have here is awesome. Rubs and sauces from all different non major brands, a lot of pit masters brands. Set ups for your home backyard at a decent price and offer financing. I will definitely be coming back. If you BBQ, or grill you definitely need to come here and join there sauce rub club you will thank me later.
