Good service though I wish they had a better selection for charcoal smokers. But I got my order in and hopefully arrive by Father's day. The staff was very helpful in getting what I needed.

The employees here are always super friendly and willing to help. They are very knowledgeable about the products in the store and can answer a lot of the questions that any amateur like myself would have. I always love coming here for my turkey injection. The spicy Cajun is the best for a fried turkey. Can't wait for my friend to try it.

We dropped in to check out a few items for our new outdoor kitchen. Pablo was very knowledgeable and helped us get the things we needed (and not get the things we didn't need). He patiently answered all of our questions and gave us all the specs of the appliances we were looking at. He made ordering and delivery a breeze. Pablo really made our experience a great one! I will definitely come back for anything BBQ/outdoor kitchen related. A few notes - it's a little hard to get to the parking lot unless you're going north on Rosemead, so get yourself on that side of the street. And the store looks closed due to tinted windows, but it's not, so don't turn around because it looks closed - try the door!

I'm not sure how, they didn't have my reciept in the system ( I thought I was in for a fight) The product failed (2nd time) I wasn't upset with them but I thought they should honor the warranty. They stepped up and gave me another one. I'll continue to get my supplies (The Green Egg is the best) I'd like to thank them again for the great service.
