Walked in and Anthony enthusiastically greeted me and offered assistance throughout the process going over pros and cons of each decision despite price. Even made a few recommendations that he felt were better and cheaper. Truly very helpful and very genuine.

This is the place for ALL things Green Egg!!! Vince (and the other outstanding guy who is always there) really know their products, and most importantly, they really seem to enjoy sharing their knowledge about BBQ. My whole family thanks you guys for helping me not suck at BBQ anymore! THANKS!!

I needed to return an item and called the closest store 5 minutes from home to verify since I couldn’t find my receipt. Turns out you can only return to the store of purchase. So the company will check their inventory, call the store and place a hold. However that ease of service does not occur with returns. Item was returned because the origins item purchased 6 months ago arrived. The store manager apologized for not communicating this information on the phone despite looking up the sale and confirming the purchase. He also apologized that he saw me “dragging” the box inside and he was going to help but he was busy with “something else”. So off I drive one hour later to the location of purchase. The sales rep was also very friendly and called me back to confirm the item was in the original condition of purchase. Once the receipt and card number was validated transaction completed. Eazy peezy Right?

I purchased a charcoal barbecue last week, paid $150 to have it installed. Before using the grill, I called to if it could be exchanged with more expensive propane grill. The manager, Adam, rudely gave me every excuse to not be able to do that.,"if out of box, it is considered .used'".. When I told him we had paid extra to have them install it, he said they could come out for another $165 to access, but would probably not take this used bbq back. If they did, in that unlikely event, it would be a 20%restocking fee, then the charge of 155 to deliver the next one, plus charge for new one. If I felt he was willing to carefully work with us, I would have replaced the old one, but there was no way he was going to be helpful. I worked in customer service for twenty years. With every complaint, I was able to make the customer happy whether I agreed with them or not. With a different attitude from him, would have gotten a complete new grill from him. Now I will happily take my business elsewhere which I recommend to you,as well.

I’m usually not one to write a negative review , but this place was the worst of the worst. I was promised a prefab bbq that was on display at the store. The following day I followed up with them and they asked me for videos and dimensions to deliver the bbq, after I provided everything they asked for they told me there were “liability” issues and couldn’t deliver and went back on their promise to sell me the floor model. I asked them if they can just deliver the bbq and I would have movers move the bbq to the proper location. Instead I was told they couldn’t do that, I would have to rent a “forklift” which costs a minimum $1500 and on top of that they told me the floor model wasn’t for sale and it was an at least 12 week delay. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere, found a bbq that was far superior and paid double what I would have paid here and couldn’t be happier. To quote Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman “you work on commission right? Big mistake, HUGE.” Would never recommend this place, the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life.
