  I recommend this store to everyone. They have a great staff. Zack, Anthony and especially Bryan are the go to guys at your service! Bryan even spent 2 1/2 hours of his personal time to help my new grill connected and up and running! Go guys 👍

  Great experience! Got some parts for my old Turbo and the salesman was outstanding. I didn’t get his name but the receipt says cashier 4049 and I came in around 4 PM on 3/22/24. He gave me advice and was very knowledgeable.

  I came in and tried to talk to the employees working on Sunday at 5:30 about buying a barbecue but they had an arrogant and disinterested attitude. Neither would answer questions and were generally unfriendly. Terrible and they clearly don’t need the business. I would suggest going elsewhere.

  I had a bad experience here with the delivery. I walked in to the store and bought a weber summit kamado grill. The sales person was super helpful and knowledgable and overall great. I was super excited to get my new grill. The next day I get a call from the delivery company (we paid 175 for delivery and installation). Unfortunately they were super unfriendly and also inflexible. They insisted on giving us a window for delivery between 12 and 4 and when I explained that we couldn't be home between 12 and 2 they wouldn't offer any other option or even try and work with us. They said that was the case everyday. So i asked to refund my order, which I had to call the store for. So I did and the surprisingly the store didn't even ask what the issue was or even give a 2nd thought to try and save the sale or even the customer. It's like they didn't care. Must have too much business. Anyway got my order refunded and then went online and got the same exact item from a different place with only $20 for delivery and installation. Saving $155 in the process.. So thank you bbq's galore for not caring. You saved me some money...

  You have to be a male to get service here. Came in, wasn't greeted nor asked if I needed assistance. Every man in the store was acknowledged and offered help. It's 2020 people.... I'll never shop here again for our Traeger accessories, pellets or anything else. Would not recommend.
