  (Visited on November 17th at 3:30 PM) I dropped by Barbeque Galore recently and unfortunately had a pretty disappointing experience. When I walked in, the staff member at the counter didn’t acknowledge me at all—no greeting or welcome. I browsed around the entire store and still got no attention. The person just kept looking at their computer and never lifted their head. Honestly, it really shows why brick-and-mortar stores might struggle these days if the customer service just isn’t there. Hopefully they can improve, but for now, that was my experience.

  Barbeques Galore has a wide selection of pre-built and custom islands to satisfy all of your backyard entertaining needs. However, they did not have most of the stuff I was looking for. Upon entry a nice greetings at the door. Walked into this place it was dead but it seemed like they had a good selection of BBQ's ranging from the good to high end grills (high end meaning chef grill). The prices are a slight bit high but you get what you pay for. The people that work here were fantastically helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely check this place out if you're in the market for a grill. You can get your questions answered and there's no hassle to buy.   Building our new outdoor kitchen for our new home. Ted and staff were very helpful. We bought a grill, tappanyaki grill, and some doors. We had mentioned our company that was doing our backyard. When it came time to pay Ted added an additional savings because of the company we happened to be working with. We had no idea of the extra savings. I appreciated their willingness to save me money and their honesty. I will definitely be returning for my outdoor cooking needs!! Great job!

  I would never I would ever purchase anything from these guys again. Sales guy was great. Delivery guy not so much. I think he pulled a bait and switch on me. Cost me an extra thousnd dollars. When I realized what had happened. Was told by manager there were no returns or refunds. Offered to come out and checked made it impossible to schedule.

  This location in Chandler is the best! I built an outdoor kitchen and bought all my components from Matt the store manager. The level of customer service was by far the best by Matt and his team. And I will continue to do business with them as often as I can. Thanks guys for helping me build a beautiful outdoor kitchen!
