  Everything I have bought from Balboa Company is high quality and they back it 100%. This is the place to go if you want quality. Their customer service is unmatched.   I went in on two occasions to get support for a gas log set that I have. Both times were excellent in service and friendliness. On one trip I needed sand for the fire pan and they were out of stock. The owner went to the back and pulled a bag of sand from a set that was missing parts. No charge he said. On top of that he took time to give me tips on what to do. This is why I enjoy buying from family owned shops. I recommend that you see them for anything you need regarding outdoor furniture, cooking, and gas fireplaces!

  Bought my Green Egg from here, have thoroughly enjoyed using it. Had an issue with the side shelves warping and Big Green Egg sent me complete set at no cost! Amazing company! Have purchased some other egg products as well. Highly recommend Balboa when your ready to get your Big Green Egg.
