  We purchased two gas fire log systems at the Huntington Beach location. Ben was my initial contact. He was very helpful, providing direction and information so we could make an informed decision. Ben was unavailable at the time of purchase, but Sarah was there stepping in for a seamless transition. Sarah was very patient with my onslaught of questions, and answered them politely and concisely. She directed me to the perfect fire log systems, scheduled the installation, and made sure a complete package was delivered for installation. The installation team arrived as scheduled. They were clean, friendly, and efficient. We enjoyed our purchase that very night!

  Firepot review I purchased a Prism Tavola 42 Concrete Fire Table from Backyard Expression last summer. Upon delivery, there appeared to be defects in the paint. The owner, Angela contacted the manufacturer to have a technician come out to fix the defect. However, the effort was unsuccessful. A second order was placed however upon delivery the same problems were present. Angela came out personally to inspect the product and said she would refund my money and have a custom built fire pit with another vendor she had been working with for a year now. She personally collaborated with the vendor to ensure that fire pit would be built timely and meet our satisfaction. Today our fire pit was delivered and exceeded our expectations in quality and appearance. I had a truly exceptional experience at Backyard Expression. The salesman, Jacob and the installers were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. I highly recommend them for anyone seeking outdoor furniture and fire pits.

  Lovely family owned patio furniture store. High end products, great prices. The owners, Joanne & Jim give you one-on-one attention and go the extra mile to make sure you get what you want.   My wife and I have been shopping at Backyard Expressions for years. We are always able to find the exact, top quality backyard patio and fireplace products we like, that look amazing, and that last for a long time. The sales people are a huge help, They’re know their products and are a lot of fun to be with. Everyone in the store have always been great, but we worked with Sarah this last trip in and want to give her a well deserved ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating.
