I've used azalea gas for 10 years now and they have always been excellent providers for my propane tanks for my fireplace.

I needed my tank recertified. David was very helpful and made the process smooth. Will be back in the future for sure.

Chris and David at Azalea Gas did a great job installing a 500 gallon underground gas tank and all the necessary lines for me. Professional, responsive, top notch all around. Would absolutely do business with them again.

Avoid at all cost, I was told by a Friend Not to use azalea gas but I went against her advice and I got screwed royally. They came out and the guy immediately told me that my pilot light would need to be replaced very soon he could not get it to light. Once he got approval from me to charge me an additional fee to see if he could get it working he brought in a vacuum cleaner ran it for maybe 30 seconds and it lit right up. I was then made to sign a waiver saying I agreed to pay an additional $55. On top of that they ran my card for $205 before They ever got here and it did not show up as their company name And since I had not had service yet it did not click that it was from their company.…so I declined the charges. This place is a joke the owner argued with us as customers for over 40 minutes and eventually we decided that we would not do business with them or order our gas from them at all. He had the audacity to think that he could charge us a fee for something that was his fault and that we would still remain customers. How arrogant and condescending can you be. He would rather be a right fighter then have a good customer stay for years to come just to get an additional $35. I was told they were price gougers but I had no idea how bad it was. If you look at the reviews on Angie’s list you can see that 90% of the people are Very unsatisfied customers. They have since left Azalea gas and moved somewhere else. Beware so this doesn’t happen to you.

BEWARE!! This company charged me for installation of line, regulator and pad for propane tanks when these were already installed. Service tech at time of installation said they have to charge for these whether or not they are existing. Then at time of lease cancellation I'm told they are going to take these items(regulator & pad) back when they were never the property of Azalea Gas in the first place. This is the first review I have written online, but felt it was my responsibility as a consumer to do so in hopes that it will help someone else. Also, I did try to reach out and give them a chance to right this wrong, but when I brought this up to "Dave" he was rude and inconsiderate. ****Please note contradicting response from company, stating that I was a non-customer and at the same time that there was a lease I signed****
