Excellent service from start to finish with Atnip Design and Supply! The showroom had plenty of layout options to choose from and Robbie was a huge help when picking the design details. Trevor and Sammy were very professional throughout the project. They communicated their plans each day, arrived on time, worked hard and cleaned up before leaving each day. Wow! Love my new electric fireplace!! I had my unvented gas fireplace replaced with an electric. Thanks, Robby. for a detailed and fair quote! Thanks for ordering exactly the unit I wanted. It came quickly, and install was seamless on my part. Trevor and Sam covered my floors and furniture. They vacuumed as they worked and cleaned up really well when they had finished. A day and a half, and BAM! the fireplace was done! I could hardly believe that they removed the old facing and firebox so carefully that not one bit of touchup paint was needed and my existing hearth was unscathed! Trevor even was kind to rehang a heavy mirror over the fireplace for me—what skilled gentlemen! Thanks, Atnip! You have awesome employees in Trevor and Sam! Sam did a great job installing the new stacked stone facing! I have used your services for years and will continue as I need fireplace service in the future!

My fireplace was installed yesterday and it is amazing. The guys that came out were great, taking their shoes off before they came in and putting down drop cloths on my floor everywhere they were working. This company is the best, very friendly from the time we ordered until the very end. Would recommend 100%.
