Tried to do business 3 times. Finally had to drive over and order a stand alone fireplace! Got a good deal but had to install the blower by myself cause it comes seperate. Tried to pay for a service call but never happened. Had to figure it out for my self and call the manufacturer!!! Geat deal on fireplace but if you want help with installation dont bother !! Will do business somewhere else next time . One ⭐ on service

Extremely happy with the service, product, and installation. Jason took the time to explain all the options, even verified it would work in our fireplace. Quoted an after Christmas install but was able to install earlier than expected. Also, Jason was informative, not pushy in anyway and honest. I would definitely recommend.

Made a call to see if we could get our gas fireplace serviced. Even with a full schedule, they were able to fit us in due to getting a large job done sooner than planned. Astro came in, trouble shot, repaired, and did more than expected. Very professional and reasonable service.
