  When assaulted with the news that the chimney on the house we just bought was literally rotten and likely about to fall off, you can imagine that my wife and I were dismayed. What’s even worse than that is trying to navigate the multitude of options available in the residential fireplace sector, because holy crap it felt like everybody had an opinion about which fireplace was good, or good enough. However, one brand consistently stood far and above all others, and that was Fireplace Xtraordinair. Since Aspen sells them, I called and got Phil as my salesman. I’m sure I bugged the hell out of him with my unending questions and budgetary restrictions, but he remained dutiful and courteous throughout. After finally making the decision to buy the 864 40k, he was very patient with me answering all my subsequent follow up questions, and although waiting for the fireplace to get shipped and then installed was agonizing, Andy came out to view the setup and gave me every piece of info I could’ve ever needed and more. These guys seriously know their stuff, and the quality of Andy’s install speaks infinitely to that. Though my fireplace isn’t finished yet, the finished installation exceeds my wildest dreams, and if I ever need a fireplace again, I will go straight to them. I love when I find a good company because then I never have to go through the grueling research phase again, lol. Amazing team here; don’t hesitate to give them your business.

  We are so thrilled with our new gas fireplace, I’m actually looking forward to winter! Everyone at Aspen—the salesperson, the owner, the installers—they were all friendly, super knowledgeable, and helpful with our slightly complicated fireplace situation. We also love that this is a local, family-owned company. We would highly recommend Aspen!

  We recently purchased gas logs for our fireplace and they were just installed by Aspen Fireplace and Patio. The service we experienced was outstanding, from the very knowledgeable and helpful salesman to the professional and courteous/friendly installer. The installer even serviced a second fireplace we have even though that service was not on the schedule. And the new gas logs are wonderful – even better than we expected. What a great experience with this company – I highly recommend them.

  Needed to find a non-combustible fireplace mantel for our new build home. Spoke with Phillip, who was very knowledgeable about the Ambiance model they carry. After answering all my questions, we got it ordered. Phillip kept me informed throughout the process, and when the mantel came in it was beautiful, and everything he said it was. Very pleased with my experience working with Phillip & Aspen Fireplace on this purchase.

  We had a natural gas grill replaced and installed. Installer was friendly, efficient and respectful of our property. The location of our deck required the installer to come through the house multiple times. He was always very respectful to slip off his shoes every time. We had a great experience with Aspen.
