Working with Mark was like working with old friends. Mark was so responsive & so knowledgeable. I really wanted to invest in a marble fireplace for my new home and had to convince my husband it was worth the investment. After visiting their showroom my husband was convinced and we left totally in love with one particular fireplace. We fell in love with Arabescato Marble!!! After checking the size & discussing the price we purchased our dream fireplace. Artisan Kraft installed it for us and it literally took my breathe away. We have received so many compliments! You know a place is great when even super designer Nate Berkus shops there! Thank you Mark for your professionalism, your patience and your extreme knowledge of marble.

I'm in Florida and began searching all over the USA for different fireplace surround manufacturers. I had never worked in fireplaces before, so this was a new experience for me. I selected Artisan Kraft, located close to Chicago, and considered flying to Chicago to learn more about them. I began working with Mark and Marie, who promptly answered all my questions and carefully explained the process to me. They were so responsive and helpful that I didn't end up feeling the need to visit in person! They sent color samples and were willing to do a custom color for me. They were patient and provided exceptional customer service through every request I made. I've worked professionally with small family-owned companies as well as enormous international corporations, and rarely have I found someone as attentive as Marie, who gave careful consideration to every detail and made the whole process a pleasure. When the fireplace component pieces arrived, they were packaged very carefully and had been shipped in good condition. The fireplace fit together to the exact dimensions specified. We designed the surround and Artisan Kraft built exactly to our specs. They were easy to work with and all communication was done remotely as we are in Southern California. Very pleased. Highly recommend.
