Excellent service. We have a gas insert fireplace that we bought from Armstrong's about seven years ago, and never had any problems. Last Saturday we had a power outage and it stopped working. We called Armstrong's and although they were all booked up for service calls, the owner came out on Monday and fixed the problem.

Armstrong's serviced our wood stove after we purchased a new home this summer. It had been a very very long time since it had any maintenance done, and the guys got it repaired and working well for us. When they reinstalled the stove, they noticed the connecting pipe wasn't level, so immediately cut it down to do it's job. Both men were very courteous, explained what they were doing and answered my questions well. They even cleaned up after themselves very nicely. Thanks!
