  I am very unhappy with them My 86 year old mother bought a pellet fireplace from them. It is still under warranty. The blower motor went out over two weeks ago ( before Christmas). We have called multiple times to get someone to repair it, but they will not answer the phone or respond to our messages. It has now turned very cold and she is without heat. She had to buy an electric space heater just to heat the living room to have a warm place to sit. We're still waiting for someone to have the courtesy to return our call for help. UPDATE After six weeks of waiting, we finally got in contact with the manager. He wanted to know why we thought it was his problem. Oh, I don't know, maybe because you're the manager? After going in circles for weeks he says that the 5 year warranty doesn't apply to the blower motor. We were not told this at purchase. We were also told that the part was backordered. We called another parts supplier. The motor will be here in 4 days! If you deal with this company, I wish you luck .. you'll need it!

  Loved the brick we decided on and the staff was all so nice. The problem I have is that we took our plans to them for them to tell us how many bricks we needed. They missed the mark by 3,000 bricks and the iron above the doors/windows, had to order more and wait an additional 2 weeks and then charged a second delivery fee. Had some left over and asked about returning. Paid a third delivery fee for them to pick up and then a restocking fee. All of this could have been avoided but it happened. Mistakes happen but I would think I little more courtesy/help when it was the company fault and not a charge every time.

  I went there to get some bricks for a client. After I got the brick ( by the way the lady who help me figured way to many bricks) the owner changed her mind on the color. So I called them to let them know she did not want the white brick, and that I would be returning them. Today I took the brick back and the owner of the place was so rude about the return, and he said they were not taking the brick back ($200 worth). He asked why we did business there. I thought they were in the business to sell brick and to sell you what you needed, not way more than was needed. Anyway Ruston brick has the same bricks they do, and at a far better price than Arkansas Stone, and they treat their clients better than they do.
