I had the displeasure this morning of having their truck tailgate and drive extremely aggressively. He tailgated me on Scottsdale Road, tailgated me on the 202 westbound on-ramp and then tried to pass me as the lanes were merging. I didn't let him because it was dangerous, but then he honked, put his brights on me and tailgated me even more aggressively. After having room, he crossed the solid white gore line and tried to run me off the freeway. I have videos.

After other contractors on our plans on remodeling fireplace with fireplace, stones and mantle. AZ fireplaces got our fireplace and stored it while other contractors took upwards of 5 months to delivering their products. You learn allot about a company by how well their sales and operations work. With only minor miscommunication issues. AZ fireplace delivered. Chris and his new driver struggled on delivering the fireplace thru 90 degree turns and up and over thresholds. They called for more helpers and within 30 minutes, help arrived. There was signs of damage to the exterior cardboard. Chris removed the cardboard and plastic wrap and expected the whole exterior. No damage or scratches found. My career was based on customer service. Doing all I can to pleasing and satisfying customers. Chris and his driver showed me their integrity by answering my questions before I asked them. That shows me how important a company is run by not only talking to one portion of a company. But by interacting with all portions to getting a better aspect on how a company treats their customers and staff. Thank you AZ Fireplaces. Bill Hutter
